Chefs Jacket: This must be in good condition, crisp white, clean and ironed.

Trousers: Plain black or small chequered. These must be in good condition, clean and ironed. |
| Hygiene: Regular bathing, deodorant, clean teeth and fresh breath. No aftershave or perfume. |
Shoes: Polished black safety shoes or boots. No sandals, trainers or substitutes. |
| Hands: Clean with short rounded fingernails. |
Socks: Plain black. |
| Jewellery: Discreet watch (optional). Rings are to be wedding band only. No bracelets, earrings, visible necklaces.
