Chef Uniform Policy
Hair: Short above the collar is preferred. Clean and conservative style. Long hair must be tied back and covered. Chefs Jacket: This must be in good condition, crisp white, clean and ironed.
Face: Clean with short rounded fingernails. Trousers: Plain black or small chequered. These must be in good condition, clean and ironed.
Hygiene: Regular bathing, deodorant, clean teeth and fresh breath. No aftershave or perfume. Shoes: Polished black safety shoes or boots. No sandals, trainers or substitutes.
Hands: Clean with short rounded fingernails. Socks: Plain black.
Jewellery: Discreet watch (optional). Rings are to be wedding band only. No bracelets, earrings, visible necklaces.
