Hat: This may be required, keep one with you. Neck tie: This may be required, keep one with you.
Knives: Contained in a knife wallet, we recommend that you have a:

Paring knife
Chopping knife
Palette knife
Peeler
Boning knife
Carving knife
Steel or Sharpener
Apron: This must be in good condition, clean and ironed.
Shoes: Polished black safety shoes or boots. No sandals, trainers or substitutes.
