What the role entails
Joining our most established division you will have the opportunity to run a warm permanent desk that historically has been one of our best. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of all levels of hospitality professionals nationwide, sourcing and interviewing candidates either from our database or our extensive candidate attraction and networking tools, negotiating with new and current clients all with the aim of satisfying both parties’ needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Because of the nature of this desk and its history we require an established recruitment professional with direct experience of placing hospitality professionals, ideally but not exclusively within the London area. Our current team is diversified and although sector knowledge including current client contacts are a necessity, you will also need to be an extremely communicative professional who is motivated and results driven with the tenacity to compete and thrive in such an environment. We are very interested in consultants with contract catering, branded bars & restaurants, Hotels as well as international experience.

You will also have the autonomy to further grow within the division, whilst accessing the support and backing required in achieving something unique. Without discipline or geographical restraints the potential is limitless for someone with the right ingredients.
The Ideal Candidate
As a trainee consultant you are required to have the necessary drive and enthusiasm to launch such a career and although no technical or working experience is required, you will need to be naturally persuasive, possess a strong work ethic and be well presented and persistent. Good written and spoken English and basic computer skills will be essential. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to launch themselves into the recruitment industry.
