Contract Caterers

Fifty percent of our business can be attributed to the London contract catering market, in particular blue chip city clients. Whether it is a staff restaurant or directors' dining room, our clients are assured professional and skilled personnel at all times, from kitchen porters to head chefs, and waiting staff to senior management.

Event Catering

Over the past five years Renard Resources have had a presence at many of the nation's top sporting and corporate events, such as the Six Nations Rugby at Twickenham, Test Matches at The Oval, Tennis at The Queens Club, The Hurlingham Club and The Royal Albert Hall, racing at Goodwood, Ascot and Windsor, and most recently the Farnborough Air Show. These events demonstrate the quality of personnel required. As well as operational staff we have been instrumental in placing various senior management and sales staff with many of the country's top event organisations.

Hotels

Our quality of work over the past few years has led to many 'word of mouth' client referrals. We are now nominated to supply three of the biggest hotel chains in the UK. In addition, over the past twelve months we have supplied nine out of London's top ten hotels with either permanent or temporary personnel.

Restaurant Groups

Our permanent division is heavily involved in recruiting management and chef personnel at some of London's leading restaurants for applicants with relevant experience. We have several years of experience in all areas of the London restaurant scene, including Michelin star establishments, modern eclectic restaurants, traditional, specialist and informal dining rooms, as well as Gastro Pubs, and chain companies.
