Renard sources its candidates using a mix of traditional and modern recruitment methods.
Whether it be by word of mouth or on line media, we ensure that the caliber of applicants we present are interviewed and vetted by ourselves prior to any introduction.
It is our practice where possible (*) to meet an applicant prior to any client presentation. We interview applicants to review not only their CV but their personality as well. The best CV in the world won’t make up for the worst personality and yet the best personality will often surpass a poor cv.
Here at Renard we see it as an essential part of our job to provide applicants who not only fit into a clients working environment but into there company philosophy as well.
*(It is our procedure to request all applicants attend a formal face to face interview but on occasions when this isn’t possible we conduct in-depth telephone interview. We will always advise the client in the introduction phase that the candidate is a telephone interview only)
