Maciej joined Renard in January 2008 as Trainee Consultant. Since then he progressed to become a senior consultant looking after the back of house desk. Client management, candidate management and business development are the main focuses of his role. Maciej has a proven track record in the hospitality industry in both operational and support roles.

Nelson Pereira
Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality & Leisure Temporary Division

Nelson joined Renard in May 2008 as a Junior Consultant in the temporary division and is now a full Consultant with the responsibility of running all the categories within the front of house desk. The daily tasks include client management ranging from small private clients to large corporate caterers, and the supply of staffing ranging from plate waiter to Butlers/Supervisors. Nelson thrives on the search and selection of people for more specific roles helping clients achieve the service standards they set themselves.

Titus joined the temporary team in May 2011 as a consultant having spent the past 8 years working as both an Event Project Manager for the caterer Passion Organic, and as a consultant for both the Admiral Group, and At Your Service Event staffing. With these years of experience Titus understands the pressures for both clients and Staffing companies and plans to help develop the FOH desk and integrate a thorough staff training programme in order to meet the highest of standards.

Al joined Renard in November 2011 as Senior Consultant within the Permanent team. He arrives with over 6 years recruitment experience covering Hospitality & Catering on all disciplines both front of house and back of house. Working as Senior Consultant for Susan Hamilton Group, managing consultant at Randstad and most recently two years as City Branch Manager for CIP Recruitment. Al hopes to utilise his vast experience developing Renard's permanent service offering within the hotels and contract catering markets.

Having spent 9 years with the Priory Hospital’s Group where her roles included “Asst.
